After releasing this week’s edition of The Big Five. I got a huge amount of feedback right away. The comment that was made the most to me personally is “Where’s Rumina Sato’s Armbar?” I think the reason I didn’t include it in my initial list is because I thought about it and said to myself “Yeah, it was cool, but look at all of these awesome submissions!” But I never went and actually watched the clip again. Well, I was shown the clip by readers. Repeatedly. And yes, it is really awesome, and probably should have been on the list. This highlight is from the Rumble of The Kings 2011 card that took place in Stockholm, Sweden earlier today. With less than thirty seconds to go in the first round, Zaromskis catches Bruno Carvalho with a surprise somersault kick that sets up a nasty KO finish. Zaromskis is one of those fighters that certainly loves to mix it up, and with a highlight reel finish like this I will not be surprised at all if we see him on a big-time MMA card in the near future.
